John P. Rafferty is the griller behind this site. He’s in charge of all content and editing.
I am a father, author, speaker, and chef. I have been in the catering industry for over 15 years and have worked in several capacities: front of the house, kitchen, banquet manager, and event coordinator. I am an expert grillmaster who has won many competitions with my BBQ sauce. My latest book is titled “The Chef’s Guide to Grilling” which will be released on April 25th, 2018.
I am John P. Rafferty, I am an enthusiastic person who is always looking for the next opportunity to share my knowledge with others. I’ve been Grilling since I was a child, and now that I have children of my own, they must learn how to grill too. This blog gives me total freedom to talk about my experience and knowledge about grilling.
I like sharing my knowledge with others in hopes that they can find the best ways to grill their favorite foods!
I’m Adam, I’ve been cooking since I was 10 years old. Throughout my life, I’ve experimented with different types of cuisine and styles of cooking. I am now a professional chef who is passionate about making people’s food dreams come true.
My interest in food really took off when I moved to London in 2004. After attending catering college, I worked as a chef for five years before becoming disillusioned with the industry and decided to pursue my passion for writing instead.
I am a mother and better half of John P. Rafferty. I have been married to him for 14 years and we have 2 children together. I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
I’ve been blogging since 2011, and have always loved the sense of community that comes with it. I am obsessed with learning and growing as a writer and human being – and sharing what I have learned with others. That’s why I put this site together.
